"You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow, this opportunity comes once in a lifetime..."

These words from Eminem have always pushed me to grow, to be better, to make each year count. And 2024? It turned out to be our biggest year yet at Digi Hotshot. Let me break down our journey – the wins, the lessons, and yes, even the mistakes.

The Truth About 2023

First, let's get real. 2023 wasn't great for us. My biggest mistake? Inconsistent marketing. It's that simple. I wasn't showing up regularly, wasn't putting in the work to stay visible, and our results reflected that.

The 2024 Transformation

But 2024? That's when everything changed. Here's what happened:

Business Growth

Our revenue grew by 47% compared to 2023. How? By focusing on deepening relationships with existing clients rather than just chasing new ones. We:
- Expanded from pure Webflow development to offering design services
- Took over website management for all seven brands of one major client
- Launched multiple new projects for existing clients
- Completed several full website redesigns
- Although not a ton of new websites we launched from scratch this year
- But still we had a few new complete re-design launches this year
- And that's why it took time for us to reach next level in Webflow Partner Program
- And now Digi Hotshot is a Webflow Premium Partner! 🎉

Marketing & Growth

Learning from 2023's mistakes, we went all-in on marketing:
- Posted consistently on LinkedIn (only missed one week during UAE vacation)
- Revived our YouTube presence in August with daily shorts and weekly long-form videos
- Refined our sales strategy across different channels from cold outreach to close

We're still learning and improving our sales game, pushing to reach that next level.

Personal Milestones

For those who know me, I'm a huge petrolhead. Actually, it's one of the main reasons I started Digi Hotshot – to buy the cars on my dream list. 2024 delivered big time:
- Bought my first luxury car: Mercedes Benz GLC
- Traveled internationally twice (both times to UAE)
- Maintained consistent workouts most of the year (though I slipped in the last few months – but I'm back at it!)

New Ventures

We also launched DH Archviz, a sub-brand of Digi Hotshot, focusing on Architectural Visualization. This exciting venture with my buddy Dhruv Rattan opens up new possibilities for our business (more on this soon!).

Looking Ahead

While 2024 has been amazing, we're not done yet. We still have three months left until our fiscal year ends in March, and honestly? We're still far from my revenue goals for this FY.

We're implementing major internal changes to deliver 10x better results for our clients in 2025. This journey is ongoing, and we're just getting started.

A Word of Thanks

A massive thank you to my team and our clients who've been part of this journey. Your trust and support made this possible.

Final Thoughts

Remember what Eminem said about having "one shot"? In business, I've learned it's a bit different. You get a shot every single day to be better than yesterday. It's about consistent improvement, learning from mistakes, and never stopping.

Whether you're running a design business, freelancing, or building your own agency, remember: your biggest opportunities might be right in front of you – with your existing clients, in the content you're not creating yet, or in the partnerships you haven't explored.
